At this point, I think I'm in agreement. He is flat out annoying, and oars on everything would be dumb, but he can coach and recruit.

Turned WMU around. His last recruiting class at WMU was ranked relatively high for a MAC school, and he reached the Cotton Bowl where his WMU team played Wisconsin tight. Seems to be following the same pattern at Minny. Seems like a two hit wonder.
