That's what happens when you schedule McNeese State, Indiana State, CMU and WMU

I thought part of the point of the BTN was to avoid being on the crappy ESPN channels?CrazySparty wrote:

I think it more so has to do with 3 new conference members now. Time to get a dedicated secondary BTN2 channel going. It can show "extreme" BTN sports like quidditch during the off-times.
And bring back those campy hosts of the old Big Ten Friday Night Tailgate and get them to fill airtime on BTN2.

Don't we already have 2 or 3 BTN "Game Channels" that just show football games, and not much else?

I have the overflows, but I don't think everywhere gets them -- it might vary by cable company or cable package.CrazySparty wrote:

That James Madison vs. Maryland showdown is a great lead in to UW/LSU that night.
But pace yourselves. No sense burning out by halftime of the JMU game.

I wonder what Cal's players will think when their idea of playing in "Chicago" is actually the glorified high school stadium that is Ryan Field.

They'll probably still have the NU fans outnumbered.

I'm looking forward to the inevitable "PAYBACK" comments/tweets from UM fans following that game

I mean, for the chance to even the all-time series against an FCS school...that's what college football is all about.
