I’m late to the party. But I don’t like the crouton. Do you spear it with your fork? Scoop it? When you spear it, it does crack in two. Has this thread answered that yet?

fair points... The best is a nice Italian, just saturated enough to spear but not enough for soggy. Otherwise, they are useless.

Unpopular opinion:

I hate croutons. I don't like stale bread. Kind of along the same lines of crackers in soup, I hste that too. I don't like soggy bread. Keep that shit away from my food.
