Wojo on the radio last night.
So I was listening on the way home because I would have been listening to the tigers. And wojo said last night that he doesn’t want to spread conspiracies but which schools in the big ten have the most to gain from having athletes test positive and shut down a season? Rutgers and MSU.

So other B1G schools are pulling a Colorado State and not having their players report symptoms, not quarantine, etc.

That's just Blue Wall shit journalism - like MSU doesn't need athletic dept revenues, and 2x like Rutgers isn't going to suck for the next year times infinity.DWags wrote:So I was listening on the way home because I would have been listening to the tigers. MSU & Coach Tucker actually need to play more than most programs, as he needs to show something on the field to attract recruits.
Personally, I think that UM would benefit the most because this isn't the year they would have beat OSU, gone to Indy or done anything more than finish 3rd in the conference; but by not playing their delusional fanbase will all talk about how they missed the year that would have been all of those things.

No one has anything to gain as they all get exceedingly wealthy no matter how the team does. Not well thought out if said in a serious manner which I dunno about dwags it’s just so stupid

Serious. Said Schiano and Tucker need time to get their guys in and implement their program. Look, I’m to lazy to look for a pod cast but it was around 7:20 P.M. they come on at 6:00. I actually was disgusted by the thought enough to be glad I was in my driveway. So yeah, whatevs

If you weren’t too lazy to look for it then I’d be too lazy to listen to it so I wouldn’t worry too much

I'm no coaching expert but if your goal is to rebuild a program I'm going to guess there's no substitute for a season of practice and games? I'm not sure I'm following how missing a year helps.

Also, as a person I like Wojo. The compassion he showed the last few days demonstrates that he is a good person but as a sports analysis I think he's terrible. I've only read ten or so of his columns over the years and I find his takes to be abysmal.

They were also going on about this on the Valenti show. There must be a memo going around 97.1 to run this take on air.

The argument on the Valenti show is that MSU has no QB and would lose every game. Is that it? If Tucker gets a competent QB we are good again right?

I’m not one to delve into the personal lives of public people, but the hot rumor going around right now is Wojo uses a penis pump.

Who's to say a year off wouldn't help Harbaugh too. Just think of the number of players he could process out of the program. He'd have a whole new team next year, maybe even one that wouldn't throw in the towel after OSU beats the snot out of them again.

Also, the greatest Michigan teams are always the ones that exist in a world of preseason hype. They'll be national champs and have a Heisman QB as long as they can avoid playing actual games.
