I don't know but I had that rare moment where I was on the road this morning and saw a Spartan helmet on a Chrysler Jeep and they had a novelty Spartan license plate holder that said 'Go Green'. Made me feel good inside. Truth be told the weather is really nice out again and I'm probably going to play some tennis today.

One definition of a barrow is a mound. Another definition of a barrow is a rectangular frame for carrying a load such as this very old handbarrow:

It is a more accurate description than a wheelbarrel, which would simply be a barrel with a wheel - when you really mean a barrel cut in half set on a frame with handles and a wheel.
