Hey, really just looking forward to the warmer weather. Made it to a field near by and was able to hit a golf club the other day. Waiting for the ice on the trail to melt so I can get back to running on that again and I think the nets will be back up at the tennis courts soon.

Outside of that just taking an online class on SQL right now. What about you?

I have a Zoom meeting tonight for a volunteer thing I do. Tomorrow I have an online class for my CFP. Leaving for Florida on Wednesday. Peloton somewhere in there and running while in Florida.

I'm not sure. My father inlaw was/is like this. I don't remember my dad being like that. I hear some guys are, some aren't it definitely has a lot to do with what I drink during the day. As you get older, you really have to drink more water and less alcohol boys. Seems like more water would make you pee more, but it's opposite for me.

Im not usually online when I have issues sleeping, But since 10 years ago or so, I really increased the amount of water I drink every day. I drink about a gallon a day. 32 oz in the middle of the night alone. 2 nighttime bathroom trips are necessary.
