In Washtenaw county. Glad I still have plenty of masks and gloves leftover from the pandemic because I’ll use them now for setting traps and removing dead micies.

There are not any documented person-to-person cases of hantavirus transmission in the U.S.

Picked up histoplasmosis a few years ago. Doc figured it was from mice or bat crap dust. Probably still have it since the cure is usually worse than the disease.

A) There weren’t any cases of Hantavirus in Michigan... til there was.
B) I was referring to catching, killing, and removing mice, plus their ubiquitous poop.

Even if there were human to human cases I don’t think you have anything to worry about. Unless there are cases outside of a ten foot pole radius. The first Michigan case of Hantavirus in a human is confirmed 2809484752
