I had a debate with someone that given the choice of "the big 3" sandwich meat options most people would choose turkey and roast beef over ham. This person said "ham and turkey over roast beef. I wanted to ask this question on the rcmb to settle this but the lack of a poll option made it pointless. Thanks to Spartan Swill I can finally find out what meat everyone likes putting in their mouth the most.

I'm familiar with how to make capicola and prosciutto and similar proper (European) meat products, but how do they make those giant balls of ham and turkey they have at the supermarket here? They're uniquely an American invention, so obviously I stay away from them. I assume they're full of processed shit and chemicals?
