Driver survived and no other vehicles involved. Vid of the accident as it happened in the youtube.

Looks like portions of the recently re-built freeway will need to be replaced.

If they fired him they'd have to overcome a few barriers. Seems like they'd be crossing the line. Lawyers better be prepared for the long haul. I think the driver would win the case by blowout.
