Oh, hey, voting is now for parents
Seems the always disgusting JD Vance, author of the overrated working class porn novel Hillbilly Elegy and now hopeless Senate candidate, floated the idea that parents deserve a greater say about how the country is governed.

Should we disenfranchise the childfree? If you’re wondering what kind of stupid question that is, the answer is: it’s the sort of stupid question that Fox News hosts and Republicans deem worthy of serious discussion. Last week the intellectuals at Fox News took some time out from vilifying immigrants and inventing things to get outraged about in order to debate whether the “childless left” deserve a vote. After some careful consideration they decided that while it probably wasn’t “feasible” to ban childfree people from participating in society, the idea did have merit.
The catalyst for this mind-bogglingly asinine discussion, by the way, was a recent speech made by the Ohio Senate candidate JDVance to a conservative thinktank. Vance chastised four prominent Democrat leaders – Vice-President Kamala Harris, transportation secretary Pete Buttigieg, Senator Cory Booker and Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez – for not reproducing, suggesting that not having biological kids made them bad leaders.

I'm just shocked that he's advocating for gays and people of color to procreate.

I've have two family members who have served in the military tell me that their vote should count more than mine.

I told one of them I thought they always say they fought/fight so the rest of us don't have to. That shut him up. I guess that sound bite is just BS they say for the cameras in some cases.
He was in Viet Nam and is STILL salty nearly 50 years later because the libtards hurt his feelings when he came home.

Just a matter of time before voting is only allowed to those within a certain socioeconomic class.

Back before I was an administrator, and I'd teach History to the kids. I'd write "All men are created equal" up on the board.
Then Id' write (trying to remember everything). "All men, not women, over the age of 18, who are white and own land, and are not suppressed by Jim crow laws" are created equal.
Then I made them look up the amendments and acts that made (kind of made) the "all men are created equal" in the United States true statement. Still isn't true, but hell, at least we were getting close to it. Now, we're taking big steps backwards.
