The way you responded after I gave you a heads-up based on personal experience was off-putting. You wanted me to search for, and provide you with, the law I referenced. I took that to mean one of two things: Either you didn’t believe me and wanted me to prove what I said was true; or you were too lazy to look up the information yourself. It reminded me of the time Travis baked some amazing chocolate chip cookies and when he gave one to Turtlenck, all he did was ask where the napkins and milk were. So Travis had to go to the store and get napkins and milk because his nice gesture of homemade cookies wasn’t good enough for Turtleneck.
Okay, so maybe that story was made up, but the point is the same.
Telling you to fuck off was nothing more than an alternative way of saying gtfo. It’s a common response in some parts of the UK, and I’ve been watching a lot of cop shows on BritBox lately.
