Fuck police unions, I've literally never heard a police union representative say anything that wasn't flagrantly stupid. I'm a union guy as a general proposition, but I would abolish FOPs everywhere in an instant if I could.

Police are supposed to be willing to risk their lives in order to protect others (or at least want to claim that they would).

But many won't take a vaccine that will protect others because they say it puts their body at risk. How can you trust them "to protect and to serve"?

This is an even more egregious hypocrisy among military members who want to refuse the vaccine.

It’s a fairly small percentage and they should be allowed to leave the force. There are underlying issues indicated by vaccine hesitancy. In the case of cops, these underlying issues are serious enough that they shouldn’t have badges or authority. Addition by subtraction.
