Michigan State wide receiver target Javarius Green had planned to commit on Tuesday, July 18. Saturday, however, Green announced a change of plans.

Green is now planning to commit on Aug. 18. He is deciding between Michigan State, Alabama and North Carolina.

Michigan State hit a homerun in June when it won the recruitment of 4-star Dayton (OH) safety Reggie Powers, winning the defensive back’s commitment over the likes of Ohio State, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati.

Now, in better news, the Spartans have learned that Powers plans to early enroll at MSU, making his chances of getting on the field early in his career even higher.

Richardson released a top four in May of LSU, Oregon, Michigan, and Michigan State.

Well, it looks like Michigan State may be the team to beat. According to Rivals national recruiting analyst John Garcia Jr., the Spartans have made a great impression on him and they’re trending. In fact, he predicts that the four-star from Carrollwood Day (Fla.) will end up in East Lansing.

I'm not sure anymore. But it has to do with a 30 day window after your coach has been fired. I don't think he's fired right now. But the whole thing will get more mucky.

Here's what i say. I will support the kids on the team. But after what I saw Saturday, I'm wondering how many of those kids will help us. Colorado lost 80% of their roster. No way we can duplicate the skill talent they were able to bring in. But if we get the right coach who can mix up Portal shopping with recruiting we won't suck. I'm just not sure this is the most professional of staffs we've ever had in here.
