I know I'm jumping the gun but he's got some Mateen in him. Feels like he's growing into a leader. Kid was raw coming in but looks like he's put the work in. Izzo rightly brought in Walker and AJ may have put the brakes on that. Gotta respect that.

Honestly, this whole team is up and down. We can lose to Northwestern at home and run Wisconsin out of the gym. On the week we blow out Wisconsin we drop to 13 in the polls.

I think in my amateur opinion it’s because we are young at key spots , our other sr point guard is a first year player here and our two senior starters brown and Bingham aren’t really take charge leaders like cash and X were.

Fortunately, the best guy in America to fix that is coaching our team. He has a month plus to get them more consistent. My hunch is he does.
