Based on what I saw from The Trump Organization 2 decades ago in projects my customers were considering bidding and the illegal activities like importing undocumented Polish deconstruction crews to tear down Bonwit Teller building for Trump Tower without permitting, flushing documats is Trump's style.

Cheaper than shredding and harder to reconstruct if ever found.
