You don’t need to do any of it. You know you’ve already had this conversation with him a million times, he does too. I have to poop but I can't. Usually, it's not a problem but for whatever reason, I'm pretty constipated right now. If a half a pot of coffee doesn't get things moving I think I'm going to get a laxative. Wish me luck!

Too much whiskey always slows me down, poopwise, but maybe it is the cheese I often have with it. Warm water, like boiled and then drunk as warm as you can stand it, sometimes helps me.
