Article Blue Wall Double Standard is Back...

I noticed this phrase has returned in tFreep's pieces on the Gaines & Chambers commits, but not the Higby commit:

"Verbal commitments for 2015 are nonbinding until national letters of intent are signed in February."

Can't find it anywhere in the Cole to SCum brief though. scratch

That is a favorite tactic of UM slappys. Josh Helmholt does the same thing when talking MSU vs. UM recruits. The UM radio slappys do it also.

I wonder if they added that nonbinding nugget in any stories about Harris, Campbell, and Crawford...given that they all later decommitted.

my commitment to UM sports, recruiting and their institution in general is anything but nonbinding..

I wonder if they added that nonbinding nugget in any stories about Harris, Campbell, and Crawford...given that they all later decommitted. 
What might have been, a look back on recruits who decommitted from um and the missed chance at a National Title in 2014. -M. Albom
