This dude is a russian asset through and through. I'm reminded of a quote from the late John McCain back in 2017 after Rand objected to a nation being inducted into Nato and gave no rationale for his objection.

“I note the senator from Kentucky leaving the floor without justification or any rationale for the action he has just taken.
