I can be a watch guy from time to time otpt. And by that I mean when I was a Schlub that had to go to an office, I had a fine array of watches. Now that I do not go to offices, I still have the same array of watches but I don’t add to the arsenal anymore and I only wear them for weddings and shit

Hadnt considered watches as jewelry, but you’re right. I haven’t worn a watch in years because my phone takes care of that need, but my wife has been pushing me to get an Apple watch so that might change things.

I actually kind of like the look of those leather/hemp bracelets some younger guys are wearing, but it would probably look goofy on someone my age.

I’ll have to look for some online examples. I’ve usually just seen them on people around town—very basic, nothing frilly. Figured if I was going to buy one/some, it would be through an artist on Etsy and not something corporate. Give me a little bit as I’m currently in the shower.

No. Can't even stand wearing a watch. In-laws bought me a nice gold necklace and bracelet on a trip to Italy maybe 30 years ago. Wore them once to appease them. Been sitting in a drawer ever since. Occasionally thought about having them appraised and selling them.

I don't. Not even my wedding ring (and before anyone wonders, my wife doesn't mind. She knows it isn't like I'm going to be out there pretending I'm single.

I used to wear a watch and would feel naked without it. But a few years ago when my regular watch broke, I went without for a few days and got used to not wearing it. Haven't worn one since.

Used to wear a wedding ring. Was about the tenth year, the senior class asked me to speak at their graduation. I noticed on the March in it felt tight. Sat through all the speeches did Mi e and when it was over my finger was so swollen it looked like it was going to burst. Went to the cafeteria ice machine and stuck my hand in there for like 15 minutes. It was pretty numb. I probably should have left the stage but felt I couldn’t. Anyway it shrunk enough that I pulled it off with some bleeding. That’s the last piece of jewelry I’ve ever worn. I think 19 years now.

Technically you aren’t wearing a butt plug. But I think we need a ruling.

Same. I can't even wear a wedding ring. I've tried it annoys the shit out of me and I just fiddle with it all day. I'm also always wrenching on shit, so not wise to be wearing bling. Lastly I have a habit of losing stuff (keys, wallet, phone). I lost my first one within a year. I took it off and set is who knows where. Replacement is in my drawer.
