Jon Stewart is the best, and I truly and deeply wish that he would run for president. But he's far too smart to want the job. Damn shame.

There is no argument that can be made in opposition to some gun regulation that doesn’t stem from hypocrisy and control. Also ignorance.

It’s a strange world that we live in where doing an interview with him will make you look completely idiotic and the end result will be your base digging in deeper for you. So who’s really winning here….

It pisses me off to no end that until the 1970's, almost 200 years, the 2nd was interpreted in a very different way.

Yep, they don’t care, or worse, they’re so dumb they think their guy won.

Stewart is right, of course, but it doesn’t matter. It never matters how many logical factual arguments you put in front of a gun nut. In fact, honestly, I don’t even know why a gun nut bothers to debate. That guys answers might as well be “because I like my guns so fuck you, I don’t care how many people die as long as I continue to not know them, and you can’t do anything about it.” And then he’s being honest and correct. It’s silly to dance around that instead of just saying it.
