I'm liking this. Keep this shit moving. Way too much standing around adjusting your shit in the past.
The only issue I can see is, it appears the umps "start" the clock at their discretion, like the above tweet wouldn't have happened in the Tiger game. That guy gave them a number of seconds prior to starting the clock.

I read somewhere, hell, maybe it was here, but I think it was an ESPN thing, that the clock rule is a good rule, but maybe if the game is in “ save” tight situation, in the eighth or ninth inning you turn the clock off.
What that situation would be I have no idea what the geniuses at.MLB decide.

I'm conflicted about this one. On the one hand, at the time the violation was called, he was in the box and the pitcher wasn't even on the rubber. On the other hand, get the fuck in the box. You don't need to take a stroll and fuck with your sleeves between pitches.

The rule is the batter must be ready for the pitch, facing the pitcher at 8 seconds... this guys was still doing his little dance until 6.
