edit - after years on TOB, specifically Wells, I have done my best to hold back from TOB behavior,  for the first year or so on this board I did my best to be polite and to understand what I call the zitgist of this board.

I still try to be as factual as years of TOB reflexes allow, and will continue to try to achieve that goal.

FWIW Carter was under rated & might have won without Kennedy coming at him in the primaries.
