The one thing that Trevor learned from loving history, is that you need to suppress the people very quickly in order to stop revolutions. I can see why it stays popular, people love mediocrity.

My take is that the language ban was a miserable failure. I haven't enforced it in a long time on "****" since no one seems to care.
