Taped the Pistons game to watch after the OSU-Wiscy game. I thought they looked focused and energetic. Cade looked to be the real deal. Duran is a beast.

Crazier yet is that the lions have more wins in 2023 than the pistons do. 9 wins for the pistons, 11 for the lions. I don’t think the pistons will be able to pull ahead before the end of the year

They play absolutely horrible defense. They also play absolutely horrible offense. I'm guessing it's related to one of those. Possibly both.

If you are Pistons owner & MSU alum Tom Gores what would you do?

I would advise him to fire GM Troy Weaver who put together this dysfunctional roster, keep coach Monte Williams and have a fire sale of players with Williams having input on who goes.

Give Williams 2 more seasons. Start building for 24-25 and 25-26 seasons

In their 29 game losing streak there is a 20pt home loss to the Wizards. WTF? They can't even keep up with a five win team at home. There is young talent on the roster, or so it seems. They shouldn't be this bad. It's confusing. Is it depth, coaching, talent, team chemistry? All of the above? I don't get to watch them as often as I would like. There should have been major improvement from last season, but they are somehow worse than a 17 win team. Unfortunately, being the worst or close to the worst team in the league is their identity now. They haven't won more than 23 games in a season since 2018.
