Haven't had alcohol or caffeine in 15 days. It's also gonna be a dry February but maybe caffeine

Dry January as a thing seems dumb, but so does no shave November. I also hate how some morans call it Movember.

I'm trying to pinpoint the last day I didn't have a drink. I think it was mid-October, probably the 14th. Can't remember the year though.

Um, I should try, but I kinda like drinking.

The older I get though the side effects are getting close to making it not worth it. (Crappy sleep, leg cramps from dehydration...)

I’m drinking IPA’s with ABV of 7 or more and Brokers Dry Gin.

Does that count?

Bought a bottle of MixoloSHE gin to try early this month. Don't do that.

Thinking about trying Dry January Empty Re: Thinking about trying Dry January

A few years ago when I got on a scale and was pushing 250#, it was a wake up call to end my decades old laissez-faire eating habits.

Looked at multiple diets and all suggested stopping caffeine.  That lasted 3 days.  Lost between 25-30#’s depending on the day but have done it with AM coffee.

Had orthopedic surgeries on shoulder and hand since.  Both docs suggested no caffeine.  72 hours is my limit without Tim Horton or The Dunk.

All the best DWags.  Hope you do better.

Fair.

January does make more sense. I usually do some sort of dry out after football season and before March Madness.

is there a month committed to No Weed?

I don't do the weed.. but it seems like a lot of folks do. Didn't know if somehow there was an anti-Jazz Cabbage push out there.

My back hurts. I wonder if gummies would help. If I knew where they were. If I had some. Which I'm not saying I do.

Very rarely drink hi-test anymore. Mostly decafe since I got the stents. Work has Starbucks Pikes Peak nolead pods. Not bad. Have gotten use to it. Ocassionally have decafe green tea.
