I jacked the rent $200/mo on a house I owned once. The tenants told me that it was unacceptable to do so. I asked them why. One of the chicks said "This is our house, you just own it.".

So, they moved out, someone else moved in. One of the more reasonable girls who lived there told me that they ended up leasing a place for the same price, but it was a lot smaller and they didn't like the location as much. Watching the bitchy girl load up her belongings with a frown on her face gave me a half boner.

Good move if they new people didn't trash the place, complain all the time, demand unnecessary repairs, cause public disturbances, actually paid their rent, paid on time, and didn't bounce out early

Jesus a lawn service costs 100 bucks a month. High end. You're too much of a baller to eat at home so fuck the dishwasher. I figure you're all dry clean in that big corporate job you have so you get a cheap washer dryer just for easy loads. Then you own. And you're paying yourself monthly. Easy.
