1). A lot of people didn't leave, they were (they thought) excessively moderated out.

2). See Rock City (with a lot of help from Heat Miser)

3). You shouldn't -- nobody here cares that you do both!

Check the charter at the top of the page. It's just a less corporate alternative trying to capture that old spirit.
