Who are we rooting for? ND-FSU

I'm confused you guys. I want to get into the playoff.

I think we need FSU to win and then hope that USC beats ND?

I'm torn on this. I would have said ND because FSU has no other dangerous teams left on the schedule. I think ND is going to drop at least 1 (would have been nice if Stanford hadn't given up that last second TD this week).

But, after reading that SI article, I think there is a good chance that Winston quits the FSU team to avoid the disciplinary hearing. As much as FSU has struggled, they'll for sure lose a game or two if Winston isn't the QB. But from what I read, Winston has to at least schedule his hearing this week, so I don't know if he'd quit before the ND game either way. Huge distraction nonetheless.

Best legal decision may be to drop out of FSU

If FSU wins, I could see a 1 loss ND getting in over a potential 1 loss MSU team if FSU runs the table. Especially if it's a close loss. They will say ND has a superior schedule and ND lost a close game on the home field of the defending National Champs who again went undefeated.

If ND wins, not sure a 1 loss FSU team gets in over a 1 loss MSU team with the game being at home. It also would probably depend on if ND ran the table or not.

Best case scenario (imo): ND wins, loses another game on their schedule. FSU also loses another game on their schedule.

I can't decide but don't like the thought of ND taking a bid from a conference. Then again based on schedules MSU might have a better argument against a one loss FSU than one loss ND.
