The delay is me.

Pretty simple.  Working like a dog right now and don't have the time to invest.  That is also the excuse I'm using to justify the fact that deep down inside I'm having a hard time jettisoning some of those users on the list from the Gerousia.  Could be kind of a turning point for this place and I want to be sure....

That and I'm basically just bind kind of a pussy about the whole thing.
