Even if he has a year where he doesn't make it into the tournament, everyone should take a deep breath and think it through.

He's going to have bad games. When you play 30 games for 20 years, you can't be on for over 600 ball games. You will have a mistake here or there. But he just sets up all his teams in the early part of the season for a long run in the latter part of it. Come on, you have to know that by now.
