Huh, would have figured these tickets would have sold out very quickly. Even at $450 a pop. Guess that's why I'm not a ticket broker.

Wow! $470 a ticket?!?! Plus travel? Are fans really expected to dole out at least $1500 in travel and tickets? There are still 4700 tickets on StubHub right now. Will be interesting to see if prices hover around $500 or start to slide in the next couple of days.

OSU sold all theirs. No shock there.

Having the game on a Monday night doesn't help.

If MSU gets into the CFP, there is no way I'm going to a semi-final with a potential National Championship game that I would rather attend on the horizon.

that was one of the big concerns with putting FSU all the way in Pasadena.. attendance. Primarily, their fans were used to winning and traveling to the Rose Bowl wasn't really a big deal to them - especially when they could save their money and potentially go the Dallas 10 days later. From a logistics standpoint, it would've made more sense to put them in New Orleans.

of course that didn't happen and then the thugs got by by the other thugs who get to play the other thugs in the Thug Bowl because they beat a bunch of thugs..

All the fsu fans stayed home and hung out where the players park their cars instead of going to the game

I agree that the prices are crazy. But 5,000 unsold tix out of 100,000 is a blip.
