Like Draymond, he's not a freak athlete in a league full of freak athletes. But also like Day Day, Cash just has "it" when it comes to playing basketball. Hoping the sixers see this and give him a chance.

That's fantastic. That's up there with a story one of his assistants told. They were meeting the parents of a star recruit, and one of the parents asked if their son would be the focal point of the offense as a freshman. Izzo said, "I hope not." The parents were surprised and asked why. Izzo said, "If he's the focal point of our offense as a freshman, we're not gonna be very good."

One thing people don't get about Izzo's method is that it scares away players who don't have the mental toughness he wants. He gets the right kids, they don't wilt under hard coaching, and they usually do better than expected - giving us a lot to cheer for and a lot to be proud of. We will never have it this good with any other coach.
