I think Bob is my Allstate Insurance agent, because I'd like to think he has great hands. Also, he used to work at State Farm, but quit because he hates wearing khakis. So, Jake's job is safe.

I want to change my answer. I now believe Bob is the older guy that's been an EL parking lot attendant since the 90's. Barely says Boo when you say hi or thank him.
