A beaver walks into an Alaska hardware store ....

FAIRBANKS—Sometimes driftwood just isn't enough, one beaver decided when it took an impromptu trip to Lowe's early Friday morning.

The beaver wandered into the parking lot of the Lowe's construction and home improvement store on the Johansen Expressway at about 7 a.m., triggering the automatic doors and strolling inside.

Pretty damn funny

I have beaver bbqs all the time down here in DA south

I was on Isle Royale for 7 nights and was setting up camp at one of the inland lakes. One of the rangers had docked his patrol boat and was staring intently out into the water at a beaver. I stopped to ask him if he had a current weather report and he continued his gaze state, "I've got a thing for beaver." I just chuckled and replied, "Don't we all." Hehe.

Christ, I need to get back up there. It's a haul from DC though.

Johnny was playing outside when he really had to go to the bathroom. He runs in and his grandma was about to take a shower. He looks at her crotch and says, “Whats that?” She says, “Well, it's a beaver, Johnny.”
