Is it bad if you only poop 2-3 times a week?

I seldom ever remember pooping. Sometimes I go 3-4 days without pooping then excrete it out in massive explosions.

When it happens to me, I figure my body is operating at 100% capacity where every ounce of energy I put into my system is used up.

Hell I get worried if I don't go 2-3 times by noon.

When I can't go, I eat pizza hut. Nasty stuff but I'm clear for takeoff about 20 minutes later
