He was one of those guys who could coach a team but never get them past getting early exits in the playoffs
Thought he found his niche as GM in Minnesota.

Made to the eastern coast finals plenty of times. I think the first round flip was unfair. Seemed like a great guy rip

Yep, seemed like a really good dude. I haven't followed the Pistons since he left. Rasheed Wallace always said the team never listened to him. I like Rasheed a lot, but maybe just maybe that team would have won another title had they listened to Flip.
