Bob, when you see Springsteen and he's playing his two or three cords and hitting them all at 95% or so, and his hauntingly complicated lyrics are ringing true to your ears, I'm sure you feel happy or some sort of nirvana.

Now, lets say bruce is only hitting one of the three cords. He's inconsistent, he's forgotten the words to such complicated songs like Born To Run, Glory Days, hungry heart or maybe that chick from Friends doesn't jump up on stage and dance with him when he hits dancing in the dark. I bet you'd feel sad, or unfulfilled.

Thats what some people feel about sports. Sometimes we're hitting all the cords, it's our favorite team and we're happy when we do well out there. Sometimes, we're only dancing with ourselves in the dark and we've forgotten the complicated words to glory days and have to punt on 4th and long and we're sad.

Sometimes it's the other team that effects our happiness. Sometimes we've just missed the cords on our own. Sometimes "The boss" is effected by bad acoustics, sometimes he just can't remember the tough words.

It means that today is a statewide green day designated by our state reps and you need to take the Michigan shirt off I saw you in at ElAZ and wear a Spartan shirt. Just go to Meijer and pick one up.

Non taken. I mean, I've heard you love Sprinsteen. I can't imagine having to be absolved from that. At least I only have the sin of watching football games and wanting one side to manipulate the ball on the ground or through the air to the other teams goal line, while at the same time preventing them from using deception and tom foolery to enter our goal.
