None whatsoever. In fact, I have no additional responsibilities. Honestly, it's more of a "we realize that if we don't continue to pay you more and give you more shit you'll probably leave. Not a huge deal, but its cool that they do things to show they want to keep me rather than letting me rot away and not really caring if I leave.

I also have a solid amount of vacation time for corporate America that I'm presently burning before the end of the year. So I'm off tomorrow. And getting drunk now. Fire up chips.

we'll see - this warm weather is starting to annoy me. If I wanted 55 degrees in December, I'd move to Florida with all of the old people whose idea of fun is golf.
