Star Trek: Beyond (7/22/16) Trailer

Considering the last two movies I've seen the theater were of the Star Trek reboot variety, you'd think I would be more excited after seeing the trailer, but I'm not feeling it from this.

When do they go back to exploring instead of fighting? Like finding giant amoebas in space or doomsday machines and shit.

Star Trek: In Search of Wyland

After Wrath of Khan at #1 it doesn't really matter. None of them were even a parsec close to that.

Who's seen the new one, Beyond? Not making the top of that list, but not displacing the 2 or 3 at the bottom. If you need a couple hour diversion, it's OK, just don't think to hard about all the major plot holes.

Like I said, good diversion if you want to kill a couple hours in someplace air conditioned. Just don't think to hard about what's happening.
