They are .500 in conference play and have lost two in a row. He is not screwing around too much. Ther are some problems. Defensive lapses and inconsistent offense. We saw without DV on the floor, this is not a good team. There is some on the floor chemistry issues right now. A few players cannot figure out their role on offense.

Wisky like most Big Ten home teams was on the right end of PF's and FT attempts.

I watched the whole bloody game. I didn't see a maked difference the way each team was playing defense to end up with PF difference of +12 MSU (27-15) and FT attempts.diferential of +20 Wisky (36-16) and out scored MSU by 17 from the FT line.

While MSU had multiple opportunities to close out the game and lWisky had too many 5+ -0 runs batted n the game, there isn't going to be a helluva lot of wiggle room if those kinds of PF and FT differentials continue.

I do think it's time to start shortening the bench but that might be tough if they boys can't stay out of foul trouble.
