The EU's highest court just dropped a turd in Google's punch bowl
The court ruled that citizens are allowed to control their own online histories. Citizens can request to have any and all linked information about them deleted. This is expected to affect Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter and Microsoft as well.

If this happens in the US and companies are considered people, can companies request to have their whole background erased?
