I was thinking about this and trying to come up with some other good father-son duos in college hoops. Obviously there are Luke and Bill Walton. Dell and Stephen Curry come to mind, too, as do the Hardaways. But each of these father-son duos played for different schools.

Has anybody been as good as Carlton and Denzel at the same school? Maybe there is an obvious duo, but I'm struggling to think of any. That's pretty special that we have that in our program.

Man, reading about Stephen Curry and how Virginia Tech and Greenberg blew that is amazing. Curry wanted to follow his old man's footsteps and they said no. What a bunch of idiots.

No ACC school blew it more than Virginia Tech. That was Dell Curry's alma mater, and that was where Stephen wanted to play. Despite the bloodlines, Tech's modest basketball stature and the strong recommendations of some who saw Curry's latent potential, coach Seth Greenberg was unmoved.

There was talk about Curry walking on at Tech and redshirting a year to prove his worth. That wasn't what Steph wanted to hear.'
