Wouldn't surprise me if this crazy mom wanted seats right behind the bench, to every game of JJ's collegiate career, so she can scream at the coaches if they're doing wrong by her.

Here's what I've gleaned from some other sites and news outlets and talk about Josh Jackson's mother.

We know she created an AAU team for Josh.

Its been said she has a reputation of being a difficult parent on the AAU circuit. She got angry with Josh's father when he took Josh to take participate in a Nike Showcase event and subsequently refused to let Josh take part in any additional Nike sponsored events.

She played a major part in Josh being part of Prolific Prep's first class when he was a HS junior. Prolific Prep (Napa CA) outsorces their academics to surrounding schools. Prolific Prep has a sponsorship relationship with Adidas. Kansas is an Adidas school (at least through 2019)

There are enough connections between Jackson's AAU team / Prolific Prep / KU /Bill Self and Adidas to make it look a bit fishy but there's all kinds of deniability.

There may be a much stronger bond between Josh Jackson's mother and Adidas than there is between Josh Jackson and Kansas / Bill Self.

I'm sure you are correct. In a sense, I don't blame mommy from trying to cash in, but this is the kind of thing that turns me off from being the fan I Used to be. The realist in me understands that payola has long been a part of winning big, but the involvement of the shoe companies, AAU coaches and hanger-on types all with their agendas is sickening. It's more than just a car and some money to live on for mom and dad, it's an industry of graft and corruption. And we see now Jeem Whorebaugh making it known on the street that SCum is not only fully engaged in putting money on the street but making sure all parents, coaches and hanger-on types that they are the leaders and best in that category. It disgusts me. Am I the only one here who gives a shit about the rules?
