You might be right. I always liked the wired rim ones like Tom Cruise in Top Gun but they break every time. Speedway has gone to some designer brand that cost $20 which is out of my price range and they look lame anyway. The best place might be the rest stops on the the I-80 turnpike in Ohio where they sell knockoffs like 2 for $25. I am going to check out some beach stores while I am in Florida as I am on my last pair.
