Instead of going to Ecuador for cheap, my bro is being a dumbass and studying abroad in Valencia, Spain for like 10k Fucking idiot. Apparently I didn't talk enough Ecuador. Feels like it's all I talk about but it was a fucking blast and really cheap in the grand scheme of things.
Considering the Europe trip though and i'd probably visit him and Dan while I'm there.

There are any # of Super Bowls that have ended on a kick. But kickers in the NFL are so good that's usually a forgone conclusion unless you're #Norwood.

Yeah, that was sweet. Amazing with the two goals in like 90 seconds or whatever.
Impartially don't think it tops this in terms of drama.
I'm just musing here, no fucks given.

How the shit did I forget that. Insane moment. Back when all I knew was we had a good hockey program and a shitty football program...My how things have changed.
Shoutout to the GOAT Gary Thorne. Nice little clip of a Gopher (?) fan cheering us on in this vid too

Maybe tomorrow. Right now you would have a better chance of convincing me that I should go upstairs and start making loud noises and wake both of my kids up.

Same. 12 years old at the time and would've won my dad's office bowl pool for like $400. Ended up out of the money. Could've bought a lot of Big League Chew and sunflower seeds with that $

I honestly think my fave dramatic moment ever witnessed live was screen, re-screen. Langford's TD vs. OSU was really close. Screen, re-screen was just fuucking insane in that building, though. And you kinda knew the Natty was ours when it happened.

Meeting with Roy to pick the appropriate natural disaster to compare the game to. I have a guy inside the room with them. He texted me and said they are leaning toward the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami.

How much time left when Mario Chalmers sent the '08 title game to OT? If memory serves me that was a near buzzer beater. The only thing that would've made last night more dramatic is if UNC would've taken the lead with it's 3.WhiteBoyHatcher wrote:No offense young 'uns. I'm punting on soccer. I was one of the first civilians in the pile whenSmoker hit TJ vs. Michigan. Had sideline passes that day, and was right to the right of the goal post when the play was going on. Lost my cell phone inthe confusion. That was still the most dramatic live thing I witnessed. Saw the Desmond Howard drop and trip in the endzone vs. Michigan too. Jethrow Bodeen had to leave the stadium and put his fingers in his ears for that last drive. He was freaking out and didn't want to hear if Michigan scored.
I'd imagine the people in the stadium at last years michigan game will remember it forever.

It was insane. Whenever I talked about it afterwards people asked me "how quiet was it in there?". No idea. The MSU section was deafening

I was at TJ and JWJ. Last year was just stunning and luckily I was still watching. I know a lot of people had headed to the exits after we failed to convert the 4th down.DWags wrote:I was one of the first civilians in the pile whenSmoker hit TJ vs. Michigan. Insane endings I've been in attendance for:
Little Giants.
Cousins to Nichol. Rocket.
Rose Bowl vs. Stanford.
To a lesser extent:
Caper's OT run to beat scUM
BTCCG vs. Iowa
Swenson (I think) beats Wisconsin with a last second kick after Tubbs calls a TO when the FG unit was rushing onto the field.

Re: Natty thread. :(
Ive seen Little Giants, Rocket, and the Miracle at the Big House all in person. Also the Stanton to Teague option play to beat the Domers in 05.
I will also add, the comeback vs Wisky with the last second Swenson FG in 2008 was great. Huge win that helped start to build the program.
I also saw the last second Lucas shot to beat UM at the aviary.
