You know, I came across this ad in local magazine where an OB/GYN was offering 10% to new customers with a free 3D/4D image of the bun in the oven.

I don't know TBH. I just remember reading a comment somewhere that whenever Xmen wanted to change the direction things were going in, they just used a 4th dimension/time travel to change everything.

Thread title fail. A 4th dimension is hardly mind-blowing, and doesn't involve parallel universes. The 4th dimension (time, or spacetime) is pretty much commonly accepted property of physics for over 100 years. Even theories of a 5th dimension have been around since Einstein, though that's not anywhere close to as observable as the 4 dimensions.

Theories of parallel/multiple universes is a whole other level.
