Its interesting that the currently very unpopular Mexican President (he's polling at less than 25%) invites Trump for a visit and sit down and Trump accepts the invite that coincides with the same day he's going to give a foriegn policy speech.

It was a win/win for Trump even before leaving the press corp behind.

If he comes out with a statement he can do business with Mexico that's backed up by the Mexican President Trump gets a foreign policy attaboy.

If the meeting wouldn't go well Trump gets praised for holding his ground proving he won't get pushed around by foreign leaders.
