Why?

I do not understand the reaction to creepy clowns. There is no law against dressing up like a clown. Were you scared of clowns before it was made popular by Seinfeld? Were you scared of clowns before it was cool to be scared of clowns?

Unless it's on your property, if the person is simply dressed like a clown but otherwise doing nothing, you'll be spending time in jail or prison.

This phenomenon actually makes me a little bit irrationally angry. I would see humor in it but people are too dumb to realize that there are potential real life consequences. Aside from scaring the crap out of my kids.... Someone is going to get shot, and I would bet money on that. Either way I'm gonna teach one of these punk idiots a lesson with a swift kick to the nuts and a right uppercut if they cross my path.
