Dave Ramsey's management style is tough

I occasionally listen to Dave Ramsey and his common sense approach to personal finance.  Sometimes I think he seems to be a "my way or the highway" but he comes across as a generally nice guy.

Appears Dave Ramsey the employer is a bit different.  He reportedly has offered rewards to find out which employees/former employees were talking about things in the office and gained access to a Facebook page of former and unhappy current employers to quash talk about his workplace.

Sounds like he'd make a great politician.
