As of right now all they're guilty of is being at the place where it happened. Because of the severity of the subject they are suspended.

They could be guilty, they could not.

The MSU report says reported in late January. If true, this is a pretty decent turn-around on putting out a formal statement. Any appearance of cover-up would bother me a lot more than kids being criminals.

When you step back and think about it, which I just did, it was really just a matter of time wasn't it? the long history of self inflicted wounds at the worst times, this could've been predicted.
